Galatians 4

Paul is worried that his labour for the Galatians would end up in vein, as they seemed to cater to the "weak and beggarly elements" (legalistic) teachings that imposters were infesting them with. Paul writes that because Jesus died for us, we are sons and daughters of God, we call him Abba which means father just like Jesus called Him on earth. We are all heirs to him and not just mere servants. Jesus dying for us doesn't show us our great depravity but also how valuable we are to God, like a father to his son. And so in verse 12  the Galatians are encouraged to imitate Paul as in referring to abandoning everything to trust and confide as much as we can in God. Paul then thanks the Church for their hospitality during his previous visit despite he was sick (bible scholars say it was most likely Malaria).

Tbh having difficulty juicing out new info from this book since the messages are quite repetitive.

Prayer/repentance:
- Continue watching over your vision team. Keep them reliant on you
- Keep me reliant on you
- Spend my time more wisely. stop procrastinating on productive things
