James 5


16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
Personally, what i've found to be one of my greatest resources was Christian fellowship. People who rebuke and encourage me help set me in line. However, my ultimate authority should always be God and thus prayer must be my first option of help.
