2 Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, 3 now that you have tasted that the Lord is good.
This year was a transitional period for me, almost like a rebirth. I craved a lasting relationship with God but was also a punch in my face to my social security. I often dwell and become reminiscent of the past and so it can feel as if I go to worship an eternal God with eternal benefits but I desire temporary pleasures. The irony reinstates how much I am in love with my sin.
