Hebrews 4
(16) Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
Every now and again I struggle to come to God with reverence in my emotions. I know he is sovereign and mighty but it's rarely that I come with assurance or admiration, almost in a way that I doubt he's listening. I'm too reliant on myself and so I should somehow come with bold assurance that I'm not sure how to gain without reading and meditating on scripture.
