1 Thessalonians 5

(9) For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. (10) He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him. (11) Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
Pride and self reliance is my greatness enemy. I tend to look down on myself and believe my issues to be too abnormal or trivial for other people to comprehend. I might be quick to encourage others but i'm never accepting of it vice versa since there's nothing genuine for me to be encouraged of. Small steps of trust and loving others more than myself is obvious but I'm unaware of any practical steps. Galatians 6:2 Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfil the law of Christ.
