Ephesians 6

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
I fail on a tremendous level when it comes to this. Prayer has become an obligation rather than a genuine habit as i'm only "feeling it" when I am in dire need to God. Praying for Cape town dealing with the water crises every time I use have a shower of wash my hands would be a practical way to increase my reliance on Him.

19 Pray also for me,that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.
We often prove our reliance on God most to others when we are joyful in situations which are usually supposed to make us tremble. Paul embraced these trials as it gave him opportunities to show that God is worth more than any unfortunate endeavour he may face. Instead of drowning in self pity, and I should give thanks and pray that the way I react to this situation would go in accord to his marvellous plan.
