Acts 3


(5-6) So the man gave them his attention, expecting to get something from them. Then Peter said, "Silver or gold i do not have, but what i do have i give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk"
We humans are naturally inclined to pray for something that'll give us some sort of relief to give us comfort. However God sometimes will answer us in a way that isn't always one that we want but what is infinitely more important. 

(11-16) 
We can identify who's a false prophet by who's credit they focus on, their glorious human accomplishments or God's impact on them. For Peter we know his faith was genuine because he gave God all the credit. When we do something of favourable deed whether great or small, we should always find the opportunity to publicly acknowledge God as the sole provider of our gifts. We should pray to have courage like Peter to speak up
