Corinthians 2.
As a church it is our responsibility to strive towards purity and holiness and therefore should rebuke the sins of fellow christians if we notice that they aren't confronting it. However we should only roast in the intention of bringing them closer to christ, if we push them too far in our anger they could potentially be overwhelmed by sorrow and turn their back on not just the church but christ as well.
Paul proclaims his belief of Christians as ones who don't pursue God for profit but rather as ones who speak genuinely whether others accept it or not.
