1 Timothy 4

Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives’ tales; rather, train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.
Just like physical training is detrimental to the improvement of an athlete, so is my practice of faith. Since becoming more social at Cheil, my prayers have been less and less extensive and much rather rushed. I'm ceebs. This verse is definitely a warning to me as the gifts that come with my relationship with Jesus  could eventually diminish if not being practised. My talents are improved upon exercise, but failing to use them could cripple Cheil as I wish to be an efficient part of Christ's body.
